You can book for Crimbo or New Year now

I know it seems far off right now, but we are taking bookings for Crimbo and New year. Both menu’s are below for you to look at. As we are new to all this, we don’t know just how booked up it will get, but maybe play it safe and book early. To avoid bar humbug melancholy.

On Arrival

  • Glass of Prosecco

Starter    6-

  • chicken and chestnut soup, bread
  • game terrine, apple chutney, toast
  • root vegetable, perl wen salad
  • creamed smoked mackerel, duck egg

Main    18-

  • roast turkey with all the trimmings
  • herb crusted pollock, walnut butter
  • shin of beef, horseradish crust, gravy
  • beetroot, leek, perl las tart, hollandaise

Dessert    6-

  • christmas pudding, brandy butter, cream
  • double chocolate souffle, clotted cream
  • yule tide mess

To Finish

Course One

  • chicken and chestnut broth
  • seared scallops, black pudding, champ potato
  • root vegetable salad, perl wen

Course Two

  • brecon gin sorbet, cucumber syrup

Course Three

  • shin of beef, shitake mushrooms, soy broth
  • roasted pollack, parsnip puree, apple and hazelnuts
  • perl las stuffed portobello mushroom, kale, mimosa

Course Four

  • double chocolate souflee, chantilly cream
  • merlyn panacotta, spiced winter berries
  • assiette of apples
